Once you have been awarded a franchise license from the Galardi Group, you are given a detailed site selection handbook and are responsible for securing your own real estate. You will also work closely with our real estate department to consider and review new locations, in addition to local commercial real estate brokers familiar with your geographical area.
You are responsible for the architect, permitting, procurement, construction and build-out of your Wienerschnitzel restaurant. We provide a detailed construction procedure manual and have full-time construction department resources to help you stay on track.
Individuals with restaurant operations experience is preferred, but we will consider other professionals who have business ownership or high-level retail or management experience.
A comprehensive eight-week training program addressing all facets of running a Wienerschnitzel restaurant is provided for the owner and designated general manager. The classroom and in-store, hands-on training culminates with certification testing at the conclusion of the course. Training is to be completed within 5 months prior to opening. In addition, we provide on-site grand opening support, including training assistance with new employees.
